Regarding rental listings, four out of ten homeowners believe that current rental supply is sufficient. In contrast, 43% of people think the current supply is sufficient, 23% think the current supply is higher than needed or somewhat excessive, and the remaining 34% think the current supply is insufficient or very insufficient.
Specifically, landlords in Andalusia consider rent prices to be only slightly insufficient, while rent prices in Valencia and Catalonia are clearly insufficient in their respective locations. In fact, 38% of Catalan landlords believe that the listed rent is insufficient, while 14% of Valencian landlords believe that the listed rent is insufficient.
